Return Policy

If you wish to return your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to do so. To receive a return label, simply contact our customer service. When you use this label, a fee of 39 DKK will be deducted from the amount you receive as a refund. You must arrange to return the item to us yourself.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that there may be times when you want to return an item. Whether the item doesn't fit or doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help make your return process as easy as possible.

How to return your order – step by step:

1. To receive your return label, please contact our customer service. We will then send the return label to you.

2. Please ensure that the item you wish to return is in unused condition, with all original tags and in the original packaging. Pack the item carefully so that it is not damaged during transport.


3. Once you have received your return label, you can use it to return the item. Go to your nearest post office or parcel shop and drop off the package. Remember to get a receipt for the shipment as proof that the item has been returned.


4. Once we have received and approved your return package, we will process your refund. It may take up to 5-10 business days for the money to be back in your account, depending on your bank.

Important conditions for returns:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received – unused and with all labels and original packaging intact.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Costs:

At Haugaard Clothing , 39 DKK will be deducted from your refund for return shipping costs when you use the provided return label. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning goods, unless there is an error on our part.
