Terms and conditions for Haugaard Clothing

Welcome to Haugaard Clothing. These terms and conditions apply to purchases of goods from our website and describe the terms that apply to our customers. By placing an order on our website, you accept the terms and conditions described below. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase.

1. General information

Haugaard Clothing is an online fashion store that offers clothing and accessories for both men and women. Our webshop is available at haugaardclothing.dk, and we deliver to addresses in Denmark. 2. Ordering goods

When you place an order, you enter into a binding agreement with Haugaard Clothing. You will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided when placing the order. The agreement is only final when you have received confirmation that we have accepted your order and the goods have been shipped.

If an item is out of stock and we cannot fulfill your order, you will be informed by email and we will offer you an alternative solution, such as getting your money back or choosing another product.

3. Payment

At Haugaard Clothing you can pay with the following payment methods:

Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express)

Apple Pay and Google Pay

All prices on the website include VAT but exclude shipping costs. When you complete a purchase, payment will only be taken once the goods have been shipped from our warehouse. We reserve the right to decline payment if there are problems with your payment method or if we suspect fraud.

Please note that payment for your order will not be taken until your order has been shipped. This means that the amount will only be withdrawn from your account after we have processed and shipped your order. If there are any problems with your order, you will be informed as soon as possible.

4. Delivery

All deliveries are sent via our partner DAO and we only offer home delivery. We currently only deliver within Denmark. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, depending on your delivery address and chosen method.

Delivery times vary depending on your address and chosen delivery method, but we aim to deliver your order within 1-3 business days of dispatch. You will receive a track & trace code so you can follow your delivery.

5. Delay in delivery

Although we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur for which we are not responsible. If your order is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible. We do not offer refunds for shipping costs in the event of a delay, unless we have misinformed you about the delivery time.

6. Right of return and exchange

At Haugaard Clothing we offer a 14-day return policy on all items you have purchased online. You have the right to return items as long as they are in unused condition and in the original packaging.

Important conditions for returns:

• The item must be in the same condition as when received – unused and with all labels and original packaging intact.

• Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons (e.g. underwear and swimwear) cannot be returned.

The right of return applies from the day you receive your goods and 14 days onwards. Return shipping is paid by the customer and costs 39 DKK, unless the item is defective or we have sent you the wrong item.

Once we have received and processed the returned goods, we will refund the full amount of the order, however, the return shipping fee of DKK 39 will be deducted. The refund will be made to the original payment method, and you will receive the money back as soon as we have processed the returned goods.

7. Complaints

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or does not correspond to the description on our website, you have the right to complain about the item within 2 years from the date of purchase. If you wish to complain about an item, please contact us as soon as possible via info@haugaardclothing.com . We will assess the complaint and offer you a replacement, repair or refund of the purchase amount, depending on the situation.

8. Personal data policy

We take your privacy seriously. When you shop on our website, we process your personal information in accordance with applicable personal data legislation (GDPR). We only collect the information necessary to process your order and improve your experience on our website.

We never share your information with third parties without your consent, unless it is necessary to complete your order (e.g. with our shipping company).

9. Security

We use the latest encryption technologies to ensure that your personal information and payment data are kept safe. All payments are processed through a secure payment gateway, and we never store your payment information on our servers.

10. Reservations

We reserve the right to change prices, offers and terms and conditions without prior notice. We also reserve the right to make corrections to any errors on our website, including errors in prices, product descriptions and stock status.

If you have ordered an item at an incorrect price, we will contact you before we ship your order. In that case, you will have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel your order.

11. Legislation and disputes

These terms and conditions are subject to Danish law. If a dispute arises in connection with your purchase, we will do our best to find a solution. If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute may be brought before the Danish Consumer Complaints Board .
