Where is Haugaard Clothing located?
Haugaard Clothing is a Danish company, and our products are designed with a strong Scandinavian aesthetic. We place great emphasis on quality and detail, so our customers get clothes that both look good and feel comfortable to wear.
Ordering & Delivery
How long is the delivery time?
Your order should arrive within 1-3 business days in Denmark. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. If there are any delays, please feel free to contact us.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to Denmark, Austria, France, Germany and Sweden. We are continuously working to expand to even more countries. If you would like delivery to another country, please contact us so we can find a solution.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot change it, but you can return the item if you do not wish to keep it.

How should I wash my clothes from Haugaard Clothing?
To maintain the quality of your clothing, we always recommend following the washing instructions on the product. In general, we recommend gentle washing at low temperatures and avoiding tumble drying to extend the durability. If the clothing contains special materials such as wool or silk, you should use a mild detergent and hand wash it if necessary.
Returns & Complaints
Can I return an item?
Yes! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition with tags intact.
