Delivery policy
At Haugaard Clothing, we understand that fast delivery is essential to providing you with an optimal shopping experience. That's why we are committed to ensuring that your orders are handled efficiently from the moment you place your order until they reach your door.
Delivery tracking and updates:
We also offer track-and-trace on all our orders, so you can follow your package step by step. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to keep an eye on the shipment and get an exact delivery time.
Shipping costs:
Delivery is free on all orders over DKK 999.
For orders under 999DKK, 49DKK in shipping costs must be paid.
International delivery
We do not yet offer international delivery as standard, but if you are interested in ordering from abroad, please contact us and we will see if we can find a solution that suits you.
Fast processing of orders:
We strive to process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours, so you can enjoy your new clothes quickly. We do everything we can to keep delivery times short, around 1-3 business days, ensuring that your favorite styles reach you as quickly as possible, without compromising on quality.
Complaints
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with details and pictures of the problem. We will assess the situation and find a solution. Please note that we are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing or care. To ensure that your purchase maintains its quality and durability, it is always recommended to follow the care instructions provided.
My package hasn't arrived.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your package. In Denmark, your package should arrive within 1-3 days. If your package has not arrived within this time frame, please contact the shipping company, DAO, to investigate.
If it says "delivered" but you have not received the package, you must contact DAO to clarify the situation.
